Wanted....... '58 - 61 Beetle (may consider upto 67 if good)
Hi all,
I am after a Beetle to restore. i am looking for preferably '58 to '61 but I will consider upto 67. The only requirements are that it MUST be
rust FREE and be STRIAGHT and never been hit and lastly it must be a rolling shell or better. Everything else I do not mind. It doesn't matter
if the motor is shot, interior missing. All I want is a primo shell and pan to make a great project car. I would pay the right money for the right
car but considering the condition I am after I do not expect to pay more than $2k. It is also prefered if the car is located within 400km of the
A.C.T. It would be cool if the car has the "flash" down the side as well, or better still a factory ragtop, but I can only dream of those at this
price.
I am in no extreme hurry to purchase it, so am waiting for the right car, so no time wasters please.

Hey Bro, try the 63 in the Sydney Trading Post for $2,200 ono located in Waverly (SP?). I saw this car last week, it was in Yass up until 18 months
ago, so no rust. Is reg'd and currently being driven. Needs a good tidy up and a little work on the mechanicals.
