Hi
Make sure you wash everthing down with Prepsol, buy a good brand of spray, take your time.

yep make sure you wash the item down good, apply light coats.
It will stick to your seats but will wear off quicker than if it was on a door trim or similar
Steves motor has been sold.

I've used VHT brand vinyl dye. It's good stuff and works well although I didn't put it on seats. Make sure you get satin not gloss.

Well gloss would look kinda funny on seats/general interior (my opinion only) and I'm pretty sure the shiny finish wouldn't last long on stuff that
gets touched.
I've just done my sunvisors and rearview mirror, both turned out well well satin finish. Next thing is the headliner, hope it works as well as the
rest.

It's supposed to work on cloth and even carpet but I havn't tried it. Probably best to test it on something similar first.

No i dont think it will work as the cloth is porus... n the paint will soak through.... it needs a base firm to adhere to.

Steve's right on the money. Good advice, also you'll find it's not the best product in high use area's.
Still good stuff for the $.
