Clutch and brake pedal stick together

Anyone had their brake and clutch pedals stick together? Mine in my 64 buggy are doing it. Any suggestions?

Yes I have greased them.

Are both pedals "free" on the shaft?
Do you have a return spring on the brake pedal?
