Seems like a great product for protecting all those chrome bits..
Well since I hate rust, I'm very tempted. But it's also bloody expensive.
Anyone have had experience with the product?

My mate (blup58) used it to coat his freshly polished 16in Fuchs (6 and 7in) - followed the instructions to the letter...first coat went on well wiht
the brush and self-levelled really well.
Waited the exact specified "flash" time before second coat was put on....and then things turned to $hit. As it went on, it was really sticky and
didn't flow well at all and left gluggy lines and ripples etc (second coat was applied in exactly same way as first).
So in the end, he had to pay the polisher to remove the glisten pc and repolish the wheels.
Maybe it was application error, maybe humidity, temperature etc etc....but we couldn't have done anything closer to the instructions as specified.
Maybe spraying would be better?

Used it on my ally dash, intake manifolds, some chrome, Mitsu dizzy I'm about to fit. Good product but I agree with Dassdubbers conclusion about the
second coat. Not as flat as the first. I'd say the fluid changes viscosity in contact with metal as opposed to itself. Next time I use it I'm going
to try a shorter flash time on the first coat. Also a very small dust particle floating in the air that drops on the surface will show up.
