WTB Need SHOCKER advise 1970 BEETLE
What sort of brand of short shocker do I need to buy. Does Anybody have some the want to part with for my 1970 beetle. It currently has selector
drops and the front end is sitting on the bumper stoppers in the original shockers. Please Help Me!:cry

I have Cofap gas in mine - it's possible to cut down the bump rubber (it's part of the shock, but external, IYKWIM) by a coupel of inches. Works on
mine - but mine is set up for handling, not super-dooper-silly low

if its for a 1500 bug i used toyota hiace front shocks,same ring and pin,they are short great for that lowered beam,,,but no bump stop on them,,easy
to find at the wrecker,,
also torana etc but is hard to cut the steel pin out of the bottom,,,
