Brooky Parts Plus at Smithfield built an Lbug pickup with an EJ22 subie in it. It was all good and regoed, until the new owner, one of the guys from

the car you mentioned that brooky did which was bought by the younger son from volksbahn turned out to be very badly built
although no one realised till after he hitting the palm tree that is
after which it was obvious how badly it had been converted
and how dodgy the strenghtening was
(what little there was that is)
also the supposedly fully engineered car was actually engineered with a kombi motor
not the subaru motor it was sold with in it
(a little bit of a ripe off)
