full flow filter

guys

i have one of these on my 1600twinport and it had a z62 ryco coded filter attached and so this is the one i've kept using.

does anyone know if this is the right filter to use and is there one of those 1/2 sized ones i can use instead.

My Son uses a full flow system like yours and the filter He uses is very long -- about 6-7 inches long.... Not a common filter in the country... they have to be ordered in for Him...
I don't know the number....

i have seen the generic z1 used on those fittings. I think if the base plate is the same you could use a smaller one. The golf deisel filter has the pressure relief valve built in, has a small body and if you use a good brand should be fine.
