HEy - I'm another commode and VW owner...

I must admit they are very nice for long distance travelling :) mine is a VY series 1 though, a little newer than the one above.

Ohhh Commodores aren't that bad. I've had a VH 253 manual and a VR Wagon, and they were good parts getters and great shopping trollies. It didn't make me angry when the twice the VH got run into from behind and once when the VR got T boned. It was great to have a car that I had no feeling for, so I could move on and get something else, until I got someting better. - "the company car"

Blutopless 2 was a Commodore freak until I turned him, now he is a Subaru man ????? Go figure !!!

I drive a VY Commodore on a daily basis for work and it is one mighty piece of S^%&$ !!!!!! ....... It is the same age as my beetle and has approx the same amount of km's and driven by the same driver from new and it has so many creaks and moans and groans. Have had it back to the Holden service dept more times than not. It makes me appreciate my VW much more

hey my mum drives a dunnydore and she likes it, yes they have their fair share of issues, hey so do VW's or anycar infact, only difference is the ppl who own VW's love em so much that they are oblivious as 2 how many problems that they cause, and they have aslo been around so long for quick and easy solutions 2 be discovered, the very person who drives the commodore probably thinks about as much of your car as you do theirs, anyway where the hell are ppl who respect a car for its values and good things regardless of what it is?
