1976 Bug For Sale *With Pictures*

Name: James
Suburb: Geelong 3220
Item: 1976 Volkswagen Beetle
Reg: IOX-366 (Expires 09/05)
Manual Gear Box
Condition: Good
Cost: $4000

Very last Australian Model Bug, this car has only ever had two owners and has been garaged for the 15 years we have owned it. 1600 twin port engine overhauled 40,000 kms ago by highly credentialed Porsche engineer (all receipts available). All subsequent service history records are also available.
Quality 2-pack paint job seven years ago in original colour (Citrus Red) and absolutely NO rust. A couple of minor supermarket dings at front and rear of car but generally pretty good.
Ball joint front end and Independent rear suspension has recently been re-bushed, re-shocked and spring arm angles re-set.
Car will be sold with new Black interior kit ready for installation including Trim Panels, Seat Coverings, Hood Liner, Window Rubbers and all associated Trims (all quality brand items recently imported from U.S. valued at around $1400).
Fabulous oportunity to grab a very solid example of this highly desirable model Beetle. Easy first up resto project or a ready to go driver.
Vehicle currently garaged near Elaine (just out of Geelong).
Please be patient with my return posts as I'm generally only on-line 2 nights a week or so.

Tyre's You Ask?

Howdy Doc!
Tyre's are all good man...perhaps 8000 kms old.
Can't believe I'm selling the old girl but its a case of priorities (read...the good lovely wife) and special attentions required on my old splitty.
Hoping this bug ends up with someone who will love it as much (and as long) as I have.
Cheers...

I'd be curious to see if interior could be sold separatley also... looking to update/redo Basil's interior and looking at most cost effective way.

Good luck with sale
