72 Factory Ragtop Superbug

Seller's Name – Craig
Suburb / Post Code – Melbourne
Item Description including Brand – 1972 Superbug, factory fitted Brittax ragtop.
Condition – - Restoration commenced, ceased due to acquisition of another beetle, all
parts except running boards and rubbers plus extra spares
- 1500 motor out of car, history unknown of engine & gear box-
floor pan fine, some rust where running boards attach to body and wings to
body. Minor dings to 2 guards, easily repairable. Also surface rust near
vents around back side windows.
- Great restorer, or use sunroof in your existing vehicle
- More pictures available on request

It's a Britax. Should be easy to fit.

Is Britax Factory ? Also it says 1500 is that correct ? If so I am guessing it isn't the original engine

Yeah I think they were put in at the factory but obviously aren't 'factory' in the same sense that Goldes are. I'm pretty sure it was a factory option.

Have you tried emailing him again?

He emailed me today about this stuff. I'll let him know he missed you.
