its like a 'key' for the mags ... you cannot buy them normally, they come when you buy the nuts/mags ... just find some stock nuts maybe? ... use a chisel and hammer to get them off if they are on the car already.... or call the person you bought them off, they may have the special socket/key that came with them..

Instead of a chisel & hammer (very violent, can damage other parts) you can drill the middle and then tap in an extractor bolt to turn the nut out.

EDIT: we were writing our posts at the same time! Yep just get yourself some new nuts :)

they're 'lock' nuts.

ppl buy them so that the mags cant get stolen.

I have bought mine a from tyre store when i bought mags.

U just buy one for each tyre, and they have a 'key' u need to unlock them. It is important u carry this with u in case u have a tyre puncture, but hide it. (whats the point of having lock nuts if the key is wasy accessible.....)

hope it helps

Well as you can see in my 1st post, i have these great nuts but have no key for them which makes them not so great, So I either need to buy a Key (not likely to find one) or buy some nuts that will fit my VW to replace em, anybody know a place in Brissy that would sell those nuts to fit my VW at all, otherwise Im in a 3 wheeled car and that can be tricky to drive
