My 69 (for sale too...$12,500 )

I've owned this car for the last 10 years, but other projects and not enough space mean it's time for it to go.

Thanks, I'd like to keep it but I hardly ever drive it and it seems to be a waste just sitting in the garage not being used, plus I want to finish off my 63.

Lovely machine, hope you get the price that it deserves.
Just wondering if you had this planned out from the beginning or did it evolve as it went on ? Its just that its a good package.

I originally bought this car with the intention of giving it a quick paint job and a bit of a clean up , and selling it and mabe making a couple of $ for my trouble. But.....one thing led to another, and after 10 years and a couple of bucket loads of $ , I still own the car!

I pretty much agree with what moonlite6t6beetle said  this car is awesome, I saw it at a DOVW but did'nt get to ask you a bunch of questions about it. looks like an awesome ride! Definately one of the few world class cars on our soil, you must be very proud :thumb:
What sort of motor have you got running in it?

VERY BEST '69 Model I've ever seen...

[size=4]It looks too nice to get into.... I don't like the engine colour scheme.... but the rest of the car is B E A U T I F U L & Like NEW... If I had a spare $12500, I'd buy it , but I've only got a spare $125.00 Well worth the Money (& sweat & time) .. As an oldish person, I do prefer the late [68>] Beetles... whereas I have found the youngish person prefers the early models. But then I Have owned early Beetles before there were "late" beetles..LOL.
CONGRATULATIONS on a job well done... even better than the Germans.... but "don't mention the war"

You crack me up Lee. You could be the straight guy in any comedy duo.

Now I dont know why I'm telling you this, but if you use round brackets in your message instead of square then your size and colour format tags would work. So put (68 on) next time.
