Head problem


is it at all possible for the rocker cover, arm, and whatever else is needed to get to the head nuts to tigheten it up without removing the whole engine in a bug?

so it is possible then? just a pain in the a** to get to the top nuts? i dont want to take the head off, just tighten the nuts that hold it on
