seized engine :duh
that's not happy, still I suppose you can put the forged pistons and twin turboes in during the rebuild.

A 928 rebuild would have to be $4000 - $8000 dep on what needs doing...... should call the porsche wreckers around the place, there were lots of these 928's built (relatively speaking) and many of the early ones are now going cheap - you might be able to pick up a runner engine without a second mortgage....

Or, alternatively do what I would do and bang a 1UZFE lexus 4L in it........ that would be joy on wheels.....

928's handle like a dream, I had a ride in one that a friend of the family owned in my childhood and can vividly remember 4 wheel drifting around a big roundabout at about 80 - 90kmh....... beautiful !

Man you'd have to be in the game to take on a $1000 928. Jeez the shed must be getting full. Need to offload plenty on Sunday to make some room hey Mark?
