Kombi Poptop flys off the westgate bridge.....

I was just talking to my brother & he was telling me that friends of his that own a bay kombi with a poptop were travelling across the westgate bridge earlier in the week here in Melbourne when we were having some major bad arse storms(whats new!!!!!!!)& as they went across that the wind ripped their poptop straight off their bus & right over the side of the bridge. They made it safely to the other side although imagine the fright!!!!!!!The funny thing was they went down under the bridge to see if they could find it & not only did they find their roof but they found another kombi poptop as well that someone else had obviously lost over the bridge at some stage!!!!!!!!!!!!:o

Mandie that must have been pretty freaky for them!! :jesus

The winds have been insane here in Melbourne for a few weeks now but last week was really bad...the city is like a massive wind tunnel...it's the one downside of working in there...battling the winds :vader

.....BTW.....great new about the splittie being home!!!! :smirk:
