house needs Air Con as its starting to get hot!

Will prolly buy a split sytem as theres no using going for a ducted set up (not staying in this house long)

so anyone know some good deals or got any tips or recomendations?

I do the bigger stuff.

If you want cheap / reasonable i would go to Harvey Norman

There installations are a bit on the cheap side, as in they mount the condenser up high and the pipes are just in armaflex not covered in Aussie duct or something. Works but looks a bit ugly

They are selling 6kW split wall hung for about $850 + say $5oo for installation

No way my guys can do it for that money. The units are out of China but have a Mitsubushi or Daiken compressor in them and have 5years warranty.

I wouldnt worry about the inverters. They are better but not that much.

If you want to spend twice that you will get a Daiken unit and a better install job.
