I'm not sure about being at DOVW, as there are 2 other events that day, Karmann ghia club of Vic in Fed square in the city!!
What a huge stuff up the Porsche 356 parade is the same day as well.
I might just bring the square out, or it will the first time I've missed DOVW in many years!!

With the 2332/2387on 48IDA'S in the back of the ghia could be old gasser

Its one of CB 2" narrowed PUMA's.
Got it from Classicvw in Sydney then had it converted to RHD.
And the springs shortened and the tie rods, thanks Nathan.

 A little update,

with a little of time off work matter of hours and a big help from JNR 356.
I managed to get the car to the jamboree06.
First time on the road in 4plus years, with the whole front end new and not being used to 1960 brakes it was an interesting drive to the Jamboree
behind Hertz and Mark in the Oval rag, especially when the 2 police bikes went passed.
Still totally shocked with coming away with people's choice award, Thanks

The car has now gone into winter hibernation with plans to get registered in the spring or possibily one of the new 90 day Club plates!!!
And dropped spindles with late bug discs and calipers need better brakes with a big motor planned.
