i am selling my 72 twin cab to finish my house and buy my wife a family bus. a caravelle.
so here is the run down
make; 1972 duel cab kombi
condition; fresh from the paint n panel shop
colour; white
location; northern rivers, near byron
rego; 12 months
engine; 1776 w big, fat, best sounding extractors ever
special features; central locking[front], remote oil cooler, real nice stereo and speakers!!!!, alarm system and sensors, rear carriage rack andcamper canopy[o.g. frame and custom tarp w zips and mozzie mesh], jag or merc rims[15'] , roofrack, good tyres, alloy tray and sleek gates that will
never ever rust, spare 2 ltr gearbox[maybe], spare bumper = bits and pieces.
you get the idea
price; $11000 [spent loads more]

reason for sale; got a new job and hilux, house half renovated, 5.5 year old, 7 month old, beautiful wife that deserves attention, 108 ares to take
care of and a caravelle for the wife, so it is a sad day, but must come!

i know, but i am kinda hoping that if i get amy sorted out that i might be able to get another split to drive on weekends. very seriously considered
your blue bus actually!! timmy sellin some porsche rims an all! if i finish the house in time and have enough left over it could happen!
wanna get into dsk too!
amy never let me put anything in the ute anyway. now i got the hilux to cart my tools around in, i won't need it as much. you are dead right

yeah, i looked for 2 years to find this one and its a 72 as well. extra rare and cool! early shape...late running gear!
oh well, gotta happen some day.
should be doing the photo shoot over the weekend.
btw, forgot to mention that the paint guys did a full rust treatment to her. she is lathered in fish oil and rust preventative, so no worries with
cancer!

I sold my 72 last year cause I was going OS for a while, ended up comming back after a few months, and not REALLY regret it.....72 Crew Cabs are the
business, best of both worlds ... keep it, Just get the bank to buy the T3....keep the Crew, you'll defo miss it and regret loosing it.

and anyone at the kombi convoy that saw me jet past them up that big hill on the highway knows that it goes too! photo's were too dark on the weekend

many appologies to all that are awaiting pics.had big electrical storms of late that wiped out every computer on the farm so i went to a camera house
to get them to put a few pics up for us.$10 for 4 pics and they sent them to the wrong adress some how cos here i am and no sign of them anywhere!!
maybe its a sign to keep her.its the best she has ever looked with the new headlining too!
anyway..... i will hope to have pics up real soon!
