Cost for rear mods?

Im considering buying a kombi with a poor rear conversion - has no rear seats but a permanent bed! How much would it be to put in a the standard rear seat which converts to a bed. Also, it has no auxiliary power supply, so how much would that cost to put in, with power points for standard rear lights and fridge
