Did you have the extern bit in front? I imagine that is an error. I just sent a test email to susanne-wiersch@volkswagen.de and it hasnt bounce back
at me.

I did it recently. It took a couple of months to arrive after I ordered it, so be patient. This is the info from them about how to order one:
