flashing for beetles

is there more than one type of flashing for beetles??

I always thought that the kit comprised of 3 pieces.
A small piece in front of the door hinge,
a piece going down and back up the front door, and
a piece which sits behind the back door which links up to the other piece of trim.

I have so far seen about 4 different versions of flashing on cars.. the main difference between them seems to be the point at which the last piece behind the door curves upwards to join with the striaght piece...
just curious

see.... air and water do mix ;)

G'day,
There's at least 4 that I've seen over the years and a couple have a 5th piece that fits the curve of the back gaurd between the top and bottom strips.
They're becoming harder to find in complete sets now.
Cheers, Ian.
