Carpet (and sound deadener) Kits
Hi,
My VW had some welding work on the front wheel quarter panel arch section (near passenger foot area). And the old carpet -entire front section
including the driver side- got ripped out and thrown away.
I'm now after a carpet kit for that front section= which also includes the sound deadener- that black rubber-like mat for the interior front wheel
archs.
Hope I'm not confusing you. But can someone help me out?

your local vw shop should stock carpet kits
i got mine from sydney full kit for 100 odd i thought that was good.

tru fit make complete kits for beetles including underlay etc... i had a kit a while ago but never installed it so dont know how well they fit in etc.
see.... air and water do mix

I called Tru-fit moulded carpets... phone- 03 97922333 in Melbourne- the boss says he'll do it for $30. I'm going next week to get it done. Hope
they also include the sound deadener stuff.

i got my full kit from tru fit in dandy.. i fitted it myself... fit's OK i shoulda taken the seats out when i did it though :|
