Looks great. With the gas are you still running the original tank as well?

hi guys - cheers for the comments - presume you can see em somehow?? if anyone can get em up on here then that would be great - im a bit of a
computaphobe u see!!
Its going to be that horrible green colour on the bottom, white on top with graphite coloured wheels and orange calipers (inspred by the origianl 70s
orange carpet and curtains which will be remade). Yes I know but I want a different colour scheme - theres too many light blue vans around!!
It is pop top made by dormobile (im keeing the original interior for the retro feel (with a few discreet mods of course) the pop top will also be
lifted on rams taekn off the air system :-)
As for gas - I have a 120ltr gas tank - I will keep the original camper tank too but with the subaru internals grafted in to elimiante need for
expensive swirl pots and pumps.
next job is to tip the whole thing on a jig so I can comfortable sort all plumbing etc etc working fornt to back and finalise the brakes set up and
have a bit of a tidy!!
Any updates on yours EJvan?

It's gonna scream. I like the braking combo. Imagine having a race with someone in a Vauxall, Opel, Ford that thinks their car is pretty hot and next
thing this camper is beating them or keeping up with them. Hey even if they beat you I am sure their not gonna tell their mates.
"Hey I just had a race with this guy and beat him, my car is so good"
"What was it mate"
"Ummmm a VW camper"

helbus - thats exactly what I intend to do!! There ar a lot of chavs over here who drive 'modified cars' which means they have a big exhaust and an
expensive airfilter and about 1/2 a ton of bodykit on their 1 litre novas - intend to obliterate them and harass the likes of BMWs etc on the
motorways!!
cheers for sorting the pics MikeM

Arrrrrgh the chavs!
Yes blow them away. We dont have as many as you do, but they are certainly just as annoying.
Just like when we recently came back from Central America and spent 3 days in LA on our journey home and got stuck in a hostel dorm with two ultra
chav girls. It was horrific.
One night they spent about 5 hours getting ready to go out to a nightclub, changed clothes and earings about 12 times and took a taxi there and it was
too late to get in. LOL
