Bolt some small titanium blocks as skid plates where the chassis touches, that should get some sparks happening!

A few of the mini-truck boys use titanium skid plates for that effect.
Though I have seen one '36 Ford Pickup in California that was so low it would scrape on the lane dividers!

I know from riding bikes that you could get knee sliders with flints inbedded in to the palstic. get your knee down around a corner and watch the
sparks fly!
