How do I cancal email notification of...
I have gone to my user CP but cant see any box to tick to stop notification of reply to posts going to my email,Im shure I have periodic spastiscity
so please help, opened edit options and only found a box for U2U email notification which I want but dont want an email every time some one replies to
me posts mate,cheers sorry for being so stupid!!!

Go to your CP and on the left in the nav bar about 1/2 way down you will see the heading "Subscribed Threads"
Directly under that you can click on "List Favourites" and "List Subscriptions"
When you click on them a list of them will come up with checkboxes on the left.
Click the checkboxes next to the threads you want to "unwatch" and click on the "Delete Selected Subscriptions" button underneath the list.
There you go M8

I seem to be getting emails about threads aren't in my subscription list. How do I turn these off?

You may not have expanded your list to include all of your subscriptions.
It defaults to a certain amount of posts and you have to tell it to display the entire contents of your subscription folder.
