G'day Andy, I see the quart cans are around $60 roughly - because two coats are needed does that mean two cans (of different paint) are required, or is it just two coats of the one paint?

Also any idea of what sort of quantity would be required to paint a beetle floor pan top and bottom? I know this is a hard one to answer, but I'm keen to give this stuff a go, and don't want to either A) run out half way through, or B) have 3L left sitting there only to go off and be wasted.

Cheers
Alan

Hey Alan, Yes its a one step paint, same paint both coats.

i would recomend only purchasing 1 quart as the paint does not keep once opened! unless you are painting a large area, also they mention that one gallon covers (taken from web site)

Rust Bullet® covers approximately 200 square feet per gallon with a two coat application, depending on type and condition of the surface.

so one quart should cover 50 sq feet!

please see the link for more indepth information!

http://www.rustbullet.com/Application.htm

any more info please give me a call 0400 16 14 12 or u2u/sms me and i will return your call.

Andy
