anyone know of, or manualising a semi-auto? i need some spares:)

ground wire inthe shifter keeps breaking.. cos the shifter is on too tight.. but if i loosen it, it wont go into any gears.. and the last few days 3rd
wont engage... but somtimes it does?!?
