my semi-auto giving me a little bit of trouble.. so if anyones chucking out some semi-auto gear, nomatter what it is.. im interested:D

ground wire inthe shifter keeps breaking.. cos the shifter is on too tight.. but if i loosen it, it wont go into any gears.. and the last few days 3rd wont engage... but somtimes it does?!?
