steering wheels


hi.

i am looking for a white sports steering wheel for my bug,

having a bit of trouble finding one, anyone know where i can get one, or look at some on a website?

many many years ago i bought a sports steering wheel from autobarn for a bug... all you need is the correct boss adaptor to suit the beetle.



see.... air and water do mix ;)

autobarn...had a look at all the usual suspects, supercheap.ect ect,

no white ones.

try a VW shop like the Aust VW perf centre. I'm sure they'd have something or could point you in the right direction.

BTW, why do you want a white one? It will get dirty very very fast. :td:

i know it will get dirty, but im after something that will go will the interior that im planing to do,

something a bit different.

any websites that show the steering wheels?

mooneyes or hot rod shops sell white wheels (i have one) they are standard 3 hole configaration and fit most usa adaptors (flat4,grants) hope this helps.



Customer service is not dead in Australia.

To recover at a saddlery will cost approximately $120. Mines getting recovered at the moment. i could buy a new wheel for that much but it will look like new when done anyhow.
