Stripping Interior

Just starting my resto on a 69 Kombi and have begun to clear out the interior.

What I want to know is the best way (i.e quickest and easiest) to remove all the 'stuck-on' soundproofing and panel protection (i.e around seat bases and cabin dividers)?

Is a heat gun and scraper a good idea, or perhaps some sort of solvent to get the glue off?

Any help appreciated :thumb

Use some presolve after there out to remove the glue n gunk
