That busselecta picture is a 60s beetle, so it will never look exactly like that.
The beetle you own has a curved windscreen and bigger hump in the bonnet, different taillights, etc.
Try selecting the approriate model beetle on Busselecta first for a closer match.

Nice one winerot

I have 2 daughters with Ls on the go.

One standard and the other a little modified

My daughter wantwd BRMs as well but I talked her out of it cause she was looking at beetles with wide five studs

Four stud BRMs I am not a fan but each to there own

I found a set of Sprintstars in the end

Good Luck with it

Cheers Doc

ah thanks pete like me amanda knows little about them just that
she loves the beetle shape & has done for a few years.
for the moe she is learning to drive so any damage is no worrys as the shell will be replaced late this year as its bogged but interior, pan, motor are all good plus the numberplate BUG73M with 7 mths rego left.
for the next 7 months bits will be bought for the bug in anticipation of
a facelift, pete i like your version better anyway looks cool.
anyway till about nov/dec thats it cheers wally.

Just hop on Bug selecta, pick a 1303 beetle and let your imagination go wild.

http://www.volkswarenhaus.de/bugselecta.htm

to save the pick, you press 'Alt' and 'print Scrn' at the same time. Then you open up 'Paint' (usually in Window's acessories) and press 'Ctrl' and 'V' then the whole page will appear in there and you can edit the pic out of the middle and save it as a Jpeg file to keep the file size small.
