Complete (no mystry oil) was on working engine in a car , has been removed from engine with intention to use, comes with instructions to install, Gc
needs little elbow grease to clean up

its a little supercharger.....i think they run on the 36hp engine and only make them to about 45hp-50? :S...
would i be right?

yep, and they force air into the combustion chamber like a prehistoric turbo.
