bloody australia post!!!

these people have screwed me over a thousand times now.

twice i have tried to send car paperwork to winerot, and twice i have received my express post bag back in the mail with no explanation. both times the envelope has been opened, one time one of the papers was ripped.

i have contacted australia post but they just keep shifting me along the beaurocratic line. i received an apology for the inconveniance, but nothing else.

has anyone else had any trouble sending express or regular post??? it is annoying and embarrassing situation, and i (nor winerot) am not happy.

I agree, australia post sucks! we had two Registered post parcels go completely missing in a row. the parcel post guy used to also just dump the unregistered parcels on my unsheltered front doorstep, I'd get home and there would be my book from amazon completely soaked!! not to mention the fact that anyone could have walked up and taken them, we're at the head of a t intersection, doorstep in complete view of the world!

Hipichic.
easily solved, just get a bigger post box, if you are expecting large articles on a regular basis, like books, dont you think it is your resposiblity to have somewhere where they can be left.

we're in a rented house and have no choice as to the letterbox size and style. Also, we have a carport to the side of the house and the other parcel delivery person never fails to make sure our parcels are tucked away safely in there. It was only this one wally that used to dump them on the doorstep.
