The Dog in about three seperate pieces - Shroud / Cage and Motor are all out/off. Replacing the rubbers, some wiring and slapping some paint, cleaner and fishoil around. Gotta get the mud out of the lights and put in the new tape deck with mabey a bigger speaker so I can hear it.

Yeh got the rotors from Richard Baz, they are slotted on the front & cross drilled on the back, we will cross drill the front ones as well when we get time.
I'm staying wih the K-8 cam , Rich & I are contemplating putting the big cam out of Joes 2.8l type 4 in to see how it will go but with the Nationals in 3 weeks & our first event with the Porsche club on the 10th of May we are running out of time, plus Richard has to build his motor as well. So much to do & not enough time, I was hoping to get my car reprayed as well but I think that I'm pushing it .
Where are the pics of those boxter rims Baz????
regards
Jak

Dave
I reused Boris's 73mm crank but I've had it magnufluxed & rebalanced just to be sure. I've also had the rod journals re-ground 1 sized under & my new CB Performance H-Beam chromoly 5.7 inch rods will be here Friday. I'll at least have the new bottom end back this weekend fingers crossed.

Baz, I love the wheels, they are heaps better than the C-2's u had before, u just have to get the thing a little lower all round.
regards
Jak

Yeah well the steering is back together and the damaged parts replaced. I have another guard to fit, but i still have some panel work to do to get the boot back in proper line...
Then i have to fix up the crack in the rear guard, sand all the bits and paint her.
Then theres the engine - but i wont even go there! :cussing

Plus im out of money and moving at the moment. My bug will not make it to the nationals AGAIN this year.
