when you're saving in FotoSlop, use ctrl+shift+alt+s to save. It'll optimis it for web. Save it as a jpeg at about 50% compression...

Ah, thanks for the tip! I'll give it a shot. I think it's cause the photos are all massive files and high quality - ie, not compatible for this
site!
