thanks barry, can't believe how good she looks..
i have indeed picked my interior trim, have decided on a 2 tone orange trim, as shown in previous posts, custom door trims and headliner, undecided on
carpet yet...the original seats will be re-shaped and re-covered in the two tone orange. the wheel situation im still undecided on as their is so many
i like. I have also customized and re-trimmed my dash to be orange. :kiss I will decide on the wheels when my car is on the road and i can take her
to dealerships and pick which ones i think suit her the best. I dont have many choices with the original vw stud pattern so i will be changing the
stud pattern to a commodore stud pattern, plus i quite liek my polished jellybeans

The Dash has come out way better than expected, Looks awsome.
As for the paint on the body, it will only get better. Its yet to be buffed up.
Now for the wiring harness and the rest of the interior and she will be 1 hot little bug on the road.:thumb

thanks nbturbo, i am fortunate that my father is very good with his contacts and has spent many of years building cars up to be great show cars , so
therefore has built a good line up of contacts :P, i am so pleased with my dash and how great it looks. Can't wait to install it in my beetle

yeah the repairs he has made to the cracks and the huge whole that was cut out of it in the bottom right has been totally amazing. Can't fault his
work at all. i was a bit uncertain with how the colour would come out but its so perfect and matches the rest of the orange components of my car.And im pretty sure it will grab alot of attention as people walk past my
car. :P

well guys not much of an update as way too many things have been
happening at the moment, things have been kind of slow because i have also been
thinking of investing my money into a watercooled car
.
I am currently waiting to find a wiring harness for jasmine, once i find one then i can get
the ball rolling again, moving onto fitting my interior.
We got a little bit bored in the cold weather today , so what better to do then muck around
with your vw. We mocked up the dash today to see what it would look like against the rest of my car. We also put my new tail lights on my rear guards to see what it would look like. I was very
impressed with the choice of my tail lights, i think the dark tail lights really set off my paint work.

As i warned you the pics just dont do her justice but when you see her in the flesh it's a whole different story.:P And i agree i think if you look

just a quick update on how things are going with my baby..
things are finially on the move again
We have her booked in to get re wiried and i braught her
an early christmas prezzie for her..
I was looking into second hand pop-out windows but found
a store that had a couple of new pairs in stock for a damm good price
so i got my hands on the last pair in stock:kiss
will post pictures shortly.
