But not dogs in bags carried by ladies when they go shopping....

youve all got cute dogs... any dog is cute 
my neighbour in west end used to have a little basket on the back of his BMW motorbike, and his chihuahua would have pride of place! it was really
cute in winter stuffed with blankets and with a cover on top where his little head would poke out
in the beginning, the universe was created.
this made alot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.

The dog in the bag on the bike reminds me of when I lived near Bega back in the 1980s. There was a fellow on a bike who was famous for his dog, which
sat on a platform on top on top of the fuel tank and which wore a really cool set of goggles.
