Holy Snappin Duck Do do!!!!
That BRE machine sounds unbelieveable!
The Lauffers (VW Paradise dragster) are just plain nuts too.... That digger is a sight to watch... I can recommend to everyone to head over to the US, just to see that thing run!
And hows this shot I have attached!.... The bloody thing is sitting on a trolley jack!
I bet if it fell off the jack it would do one hell of a burnout....
Right before it went throught the back wall of the garage

Nuts!

Judging by the grimous and the fact that he's cupped his eardrum, Id say that dude on the right has just perforated his.....
Based on what i saw in that BRE vid.... I would you say he's a tad close to the exhaust!!!
Did you see the flames they where pushing out.... Just like the big boys do....

But with less cylinders of course! :D

Cheers, it's coming back out in the next few weeks, i'm fitting a data logger and a few new bits (uprated turbo, Turbosmart pro 48 wastegate etc) so we should see some better times from it this year, and then the BRE will be fitted later in the year!

I watched the BRE vs Paridise express race in Ga this spring, you are all correct, the BRE is the loudest VW I ever heard!!!When they switch that motor from alcohol to nitro and blip the throttle,it's downright scarry.
