Q Plates new in box

These plates are Q684 082. Getting up to the end of issue, they only went up to Q687XXX.

The guy was given the option when he registered his then new oval in April 1955 of having the old Q plate or the new-fangled B&W alpha-numeric plates.

I have a '63 ghia now for which I have the B&W plates, so I have decided to sell these.

They are essentially personalised plates now, so belong to the owner not the car. There are now two new plates not the original one, part of the personalising process sorry. Not having a plate on the front was good for speed cameras! Can be attached to anything, although obviously Qld addresses only.

Asking $2000, open to offers.

I am in bayide Brisbane, Wynnum 4178. Contact Angus on 0412 105 789 or post replies etc.
