anyone got a splitty and a tape measure handy?

Just moved to Qld and can't measure the kombi I'm selling in NSW. Someone wants to know the height from the bottom of the front bumper to the highest point, and the width.

My guess is 5 feet wide, 5 feet from bumper to roof top, but I should try and be accurate for this bloke... thanks.. anyone? :thumb
