importing motors/gear from the US

wondering if any of you are importing performance gear/motors from the US? After a quick squizz on the samba there are some good priced longblocks and other gear - the longblock was $350 US to ship...

anyway, keen to know if others have imported parts/engines - where from and how did it all go? cost of importing etc?

I've always thought about it, but never done any research.

Perhaps you should contact some Australian shipping companies?
