made in west germany plate


going thru one of my splitties i came across on the left side of the engine bay a made in west germany plate. Did all splitts come out with these or are they only found on some. my other split does not have one.

i think the late 60s one that i had had a west german one behind the drivers seat. would only be in the fully imported models i would imagine.
