WTB Straight Axle Conversion
As the title says, want straight axle conversion, brakes and tranny not needed, just the rest!
(but will take drum to drum if thats what you want to get rid of)

i could sell you mine but will have to check they are the correct length so you will not have any probs with them ,i will make any neccessary
adjustments, what you will need to do is get a template of an oval springplate , well thats the spring plate i used and cut your splity spring plate
to the same bolt holes but add slots so you can adjust for wheel alignment, you could get them cut through most engineering places laser or water
cutters would be ideal.or you could use a grinder and oxy if you feel confident
$200 plus post for the tubes
then when you are sick of looking at the possitive camber on the straight axle conversion go out and get irs .
your spring plates will be fine as there is plenty of meat left on them to hack into it a 68 bus irs spring plate copy.......... save the cash and go
irs but if you want then tubes let me know its up to you

Hi Darren,
Have you managed to get your irs fitted? How much can you drop it with the irs. Ive heard that only about 3" is possible?
