Does it come as pictured minus the engine. if so looks like a bargain. Does it have rego? How long has it been out.

yeah cookie cutters, this baja was corrected by an engineer in kirrawee to be ready for rego , if anyone remembers it was at the nats two years ago
with two exhausts the engineer changed it to what is photoed
