Whats a t3 Starter Motor Worth?
On the road, the T3 starter jammed, so gave it a whack...so thinking we should put a new one on...what are they worth (2.1 water cooled)? = Hoist job
or on the drive?
Cheers

You don't need a starter. it's a luxury. Seriously though, are you absolugtely sure it's the starter? What happens? the whole thing is seized or
the engage-a-majigger (techy word for the spring that I can't remember the name of) stopping it from engaging/disengaging.
Shame I'm not elsewhere. I have a type 3 starter at my mothers place. It was a leftover from a wreck I stripped to extend the life of my S beetle.
If at first you don't succeed. Build, build again.
