71 Convertible Notch

Hi Everyone

Here is my 71 convertible notch. She has a nice tight roof, too. Recon engine last year (thanks anderwald), and i have just installed new crack-free dash (thanks volkshaven). Had rust cut out of sill, etc. Have just got rid of surface rust on the floor pan through wirebrush/conversion/etc... but it IS a convertible so that is bound to happen... Might put removeable carpet in. I really am very happy with it but I have always been a grass is green on the other side kind of guy.... part of me would like to sell (assuming the conversion adds rather than subtracts!) and buy a sweet little one with a roof.

How much do you think I could fetch?

Cheers
pennay

Yeah, i can sure cruise in this one - a trip up past maleny always nice with the top down... still wouldn't mind getting the heating to work - is a bit nippy in winter with the top down. I wonder whether the heating is a big job - a whole other facet to the car that I have yet to learn.

.... the car is now for sale - an auction on eBay that ends on 10 June.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=180248741766  is the link!

It now has... new carpet, new dash, still runs like a dream but i just need to sell to fund home renovation. Email pennay [@] gmail.com to arrange a time to have a look!
