Would I be right in assuming that silver thing in the second pic is an Alfasud or a GTV? 
It amazes me how rust free and nice it looks if it is what i think and its been sitting there for any length of time...

GTV, if it was a Sud, it'd have returned to earth long ago.
You should restore it, looks like a nice bus...and I'd take the timber off the roof too, that will only help it rust faster.
