Here are a couple of pics I took this week...guess if you really want a split beetle, then the choices are about the same as wanting a
Barnie...anyway...he asked me to post these...most of that crap on it is mud and sand not rust...!

Not that I'm a Beetle expert...but....it looked solid to me. I'm used to looking at rusty splitters...so in comparison, this looked VERY solid. Sure
Steve will let you know heaps more if you call him mate.

The one I got was a light green and was from Emerald. Itr is 280kms from Rockhapten....
Yes the box fixed and back in and the car now has a pressure reg which works= insanely fast.
Not many cars left out there...I went there yesterday and today Steve dropped off the 74 1300, 74 old PowerTune car with the whale tail(old school),
70 1500, 72 superbug, 69 semi auto, 70 lowered motor mags and a berg shifter and last but not least the 67 Panel Van(it should be 7 intotal)
Maybe its not such a good Idea to go looking.

you'd think so ay...if it was one of Steve's barn doors they'd be gone by now 10 times over ... maybe Beetle folks are not as keen to get as early
as possible. How many times do things like this come up. Even if you can't afford to fix it now, then it still makes a great investment.
Go on Steve, sell a barnie too.

Some more pics. Sorry some are a bit dark, it started to shower (hence the drops you see on the Beetle) and we had to move it undercover where the
light wasn't as good.
