Hey thanks guys!!!!!! Your a real life photographer 62 deluxe. I really enjoy the old girl, i think its the oldest registered type 3 in Tas. Its a 64.
I would love to know more about the motor that came in it, it goes so hard.
A few more little things to go and then im just going to enjoy.

After the rescue from under the pine trees mate, the hardest thing for me was to get the old girl to turn over and fire on 6 volts.
She would fire straight off on 12 volts but to get it to work on 6 took a lot of mucking about.
It still has a drama to start when its hot, if i turn it off after a half hour drive and try to restart within say half hour it turns over for
ages.
Im trying to keep, the course and stay with the 6 volt electrics since i dont use her every day.

Oops what does "Damn it" mean Ren?
Thanks for the comments and thanks for the pis of my car 62 deluxe. The car originally came from Launceston in northern Tas, but was left under trees
for years in Hobart. I wish i new more about it, it has some serious grunt, the clutch cant keep up with it if you dump it.:P
"Fire notch" i did nearly burn it and my whole workshop down while restoring her. The battery shorting out under the rear seat trick did a good
job!!!!:thumb
