looking at a beetle NEED HELP
im looking at a beetle i want to know where i should look for rust and any other things that i should be aware of. i have been told that the heater
channels rust out how do i go about looking at them. please help.

the a pillars, from the lower door hinge, around into the metal of the front, inside the wheel guards,
around where the fender bolts are, in the spare wheel space in the front bonnet, around the edges and under the rubbers of the bonnet, and the rear
decklid.

look under the front guards ,bottom of the door pillars and look along the bottom of the side inside where the running boards are attatched and check
the floors and under the battery as well
