if you wanted a pushrod motor that didn't rev or make any real power, you'd leave VW motors in trikes. As a mate said to me when I told him about the adaptor plate, "you'd only use it to increase the value of ya harley". :P

This is done to keep the total weight down under 450kgs in a trike

They snap the cranks easy in a trike , big wheels
